This document explains how personal data is collected and processed on muganpoultry.az. The site collects personal data in one place only: the enquiry form.
Who processes your data

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you have the right to complain to the state authority responsible for the protection of personal data.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect: your name, company, country, e-mail address, phone number (optional), the product you are interested in, the purchase volume (optional) and the text of your message.
No personal data is collected anywhere else on the site.
What it is used for
Only to handle and answer your enquiry: to send you a specification sheet, certificate copies and commercial terms.
Your data is not used for marketing, is not sold, and is not passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Your consent. You tick the consent box before submitting; without it the form does not send.
You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to export@muganpoultry.az.
Where the data goes
When the form is submitted the data passes through three services:
Cloudflare — hosting and form handling. The request travels through its servers.
Resend — e-mail delivery. Your enquiry is delivered to our inbox through it, and your automatic confirmation is sent the same way.
Zoho Mail — the mailbox itself. The correspondence is stored on its servers in the United States.
All three are located outside Azerbaijan, so submitting the form transfers your data abroad. Ticking the consent box covers that transfer.
The site itself stores nothing — there is no database. Your enquiry exists only in the mailbox it was delivered to.
How long it is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept while the enquiry is being handled and for 24 months after the last contact. That period is chosen because trade conversations tend to come back from one season to the next.
When it ends, the correspondence is deleted. If the law requires a particular document to be kept for longer, only that document is kept, and only for as long as the law requires.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts, and nothing is written to your browser's storage.
That is why no cookie banner greets you here.
The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks whether a person or an automated script is filling it in. To do that it processes technical signals about your browser and your IP address. Turnstile does not use cookies for this and builds no profile of you — what it collects serves only to stop bots.
Your rights
You can ask what data about you is held, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw the consent you gave.
