Muğan Quşçuluq MMC has produced table eggs in the Mughan plain since 2016. Flock management, feed, grading and dispatch are handled in-house, which is what lets us answer a buyer's specification with a document rather than a promise.
From the first flock to export consignments
Founded
The company is established in the Mughan plain and the first laying flock is housed. Production is organised as a single line: housing, feed, collection, grading, dispatch.
Domestic wholesale
Regular supply to distributors and processors on the Azerbaijani market, with grading by weight class and lot marking introduced as standard practice.
Quality management
Food safety documentation is brought in line with international standards, and hazard analysis is formalised across the production line.
Export
Veterinary export registration and Halal certification open supply to buyers in Arab markets; consignments are prepared to importer documentation requirements.
Two grades, one standard
Large brown and large white eggs are released against the same specification sheet, with room reserved for further grades as demand develops.
Supply a buyer can plan around
Our purpose is narrow on purpose: produce table eggs of a consistent grade and deliver them on a schedule the buyer can build a route around. No side lines, no seasonal substitutions.
Everything we publish is verifiable — weight class, shelf life, storage conditions and the certificates behind them. Where a figure cannot be guaranteed for every consignment, we do not publish it.
Documents behind the product
Copies with current validity dates are attached to the specification sheet we send with a quote.
Controls that keep a lot traceable
Closed-flock housing with controlled access. Movement of people and equipment between houses follows a fixed protocol.
Feed and water are managed in-house. Inputs are recorded per house, which keeps the feed history of a consignment retrievable.
Veterinary supervision on a scheduled basis. Flock health records are kept for the life of each flock.
Grading and candling before packing. Cracked and soiled shells are removed from the line rather than downgraded.
Lot marking with the lay date. Every transport case carries the marking that ties it back to the house and the day.
Release against the specification sheet. A lot leaves the site only after it is checked against the published parameters.
